HOW TO RETURN

1. Ship the item to our Victoria address using a tracked service. Keep your tracking number.
1. Refund processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return.

Exchanges: We offer size exchanges for Australian customers subject to stock availability. Contact us before returning and we’ll do our best to swap your size directly.

Your Rights: Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product is faulty, doesn’t match its description, or fails to do what it’s reasonably expected to do β€” regardless of our returns policy. These rights apply to sale items. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under the ACL.

UK Import VAT: Any VAT or customs fees charged on delivery are non-refundable by Oreswim.

Exchanges: We don’t offer direct exchanges for UK orders. Return your item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size.

Your Rights: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK customers have a statutory right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receipt and a further 14 days to return goods. Our 30-day policy exceeds this minimum. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement if goods are faulty, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Faulty Items: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will cover all return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement.

Wrong Item Received: If we sent the wrong item, contact us immediately. We’ll arrange return shipping at our cost and dispatch the correct item or issue a full refund.

Hygiene Policy: For hygiene reasons, swimwear with the protective liner removed cannot be returned. Please try on over underwear and leave all tags and liners in place until you’re certain of your size.

Refund Timeline: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days depending on your region. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 days to reflect the credit.
