UK Import VAT: Any VAT or customs fees charged on delivery are non-refundable by Oreswim.

Your Rights: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK customers have a statutory right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receipt and a further 14 days to return goods. Our 30-day policy exceeds this minimum. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement if goods are faulty, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose. GENERAL INFORMATION

Faulty Items: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will cover all return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement.
Wrong Item Received: If we sent the wrong item, contact us immediately. Weβll arrange return shipping at our cost and dispatch the correct item or issue a full refund.
Hygiene Policy: For hygiene reasons, swimwear with the protective liner removed cannot be returned. Please try on over underwear and leave all tags and liners in place until youβre certain of your size.
Refund Timeline: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3β7 business days depending on your region. Your bank may take an additional 3β5 days to reflect the credit.
